I like the protip's at the end.

I enjoy seeing the threads on detailingworld like this.
Clark from Polished Bliss does the NE Plus Ultra detail which lasts 1 week and it's amazing the amount of detail they go into overseas (UK especially)

Makes me feel mean for just washing the car with my 2 bucket method, $3.50 wash mitt and then sealing with nanolex.

For that money you can just respray the car.

          Check this one out

VxrMarcs 3 month Nurburgring Detail... - Detailing World

Also, check out Paul Daltons Youtube page and site
          YouTube - MiracleDetail's Channel
Miracle Detail - Car detailing - Paintwork Correction

Paul was featured on Fifth Gear many years ago with his techniques, and he developed this $1500 car wax Waxit - Premium Car Care Products

Anyway, this isn't unheard of. It takes a lot of time to do this. Of course if you wanted to be cheap, you can always go down the corner to a local car wash cafe and get a 'machine cut and polish' for $100

LMAO. Yeah if its all tricked out, candy two tone etc etc. Dude, dont argue with me on this one, my family and friends are in the industry.

We are talkin a blow over in the same color with a perfect finish. Not an inside out restoration.

                    Yeah wtf...

$25k for a respray. On what?!??!!?!?!?!? Hahahahaha

My friends car won Grand champion at Summernats and didn't pay that. Car was put on a rotisserie, under the car smoothed and painted and it was done by PPG.

Love it! That dude would have to have a hell of a lot of patience though; I know if I started doing that level of detailing I'd need to practice my patience.

One weird thing though...he dries in small circles...which I've been taught not to do as swirling of any form has more chance of creating marring on the paintwork. Oh well, he knows what he's doing...hahah
