I, too, feel the pain of hail damaged vehicles!
I was at Chadstone when it hit and I was running around like a headless chook screaming at my missus that my baby was getting hurt. Worst thing was, we were about to leave and my missus says we'll wait for the rain to pass and then we'll go. And then BOOM, in comes the hail and with it my tears!
Every panel has been dented, I don't think it will be a right off but if it was I'd probably lose out as the car is insured for market value (RACV).
To those that have had paintless dent removal, does the car look like new once repaired or will it never be the same?

With a good guy, you will never know there was a dent. I lodged my claim with Allianz on Monday,and got a claim number,but have not heard a thing this week.
Will be patient though,am not going to rush the issue.Comment

I called Allianz last Monday,as the car has not as yet been assessed,and noeone has called me.
I was asked to be patient.
Received a letter yestorday from Allianz,saying they are dealing with more than 5000 motor claims,but will contact me within the next 2 weeks,and thank you for your patience...Comment
