Not really to be honest. I'll look at some minor upgrades, say mk 3 2L exhaust, maybe an ebay chip? After having such good brakes in my mk 1, I already feel the need to upgrade. Might drill the air box a bit.

So yea, nothing out of the ordinary, just want to spruce it up a bit, get it running really nice and basically have a neat daily driver. Already gets a few looks how it is. It's got nice wheels and a good stance, so no need to fiddle with that.

I'll start a thread in the mk 2 section soon, where I'll post up all my silly questions and post pics of the little things that I'm doing to it.

needs to be wider on the back.

          hahahaa sweet pick up jarred.

for a sweet brake upgrade for stock aussie golf mk2s, mk3 hubs and gear. all bolts in. 239 --> 256mm

and they're usually pretty cheap to pick up.

          power steering is nice huh?

I've still got a manifold and down pipe here if you'd like.

Nice work. Are they Dom's "old" wheels?

Yea thanks Pete, I'll come grab that off you sometime.

Thanks Jay, not 100% sure what I'll do on the brake front yet. depends what I can get my hands on really. MIght look at upgrading the master cyl. how big is the standard one? (i'll look tomorrow if no-one knows off the top of their heads)

Yea they are preeny. just the right size & right tyre too. completely works with the 'stance' etc. Might whack some spacers on the back though, just widen it upa touch.

                        Nice Pick Up Jarrad.
Definately a more grown up car than the Mk1
If the Master Cyl works leave it alone, I`d put Mk3 Hubs on the front, bigger vented disks, better calipers and easier to get pads.
                        Bolts straight on.
Obviously I have a few kits, but Pete Jones may have a pair from that frontcut he bought??

P.S You are pretty young bro, dont you know 30 is the new 20??
