  • Blue tooth kits, anyone seen this one before??

Hi there, I have a blue tooth kit that appears to work, as when you get in and turn on the ignition it sounds and all the buttons light up and beep etc but have no instructions on how it works or pairs to the phone. Have tried to turn on my bluetooth on my phone and search for devices with it turned on but it doesnt find anything. Anyone that has seen this type of controller please do you have any instructions or the thing is going out the window. I have added a link with the pic below. Not sure what the man of the unit is as Ive not found the control box get, behind the glovebox I think. Any advice would be great, cheers, Pete

has it got any serial numbers or product referance numbers? sometimes these can be googled, and you can come up with pdf files with full instructions. also some blue tooth products can be hidden as to not be tampered with or eves dropped hence why there are some who walk around in shopping malls doing nothing but scanning for others blue tooth devices . some blue tooth devices also have a a sticker on it that has original factory ref/no, factory no/ , or just a simple id number. if you can find/ hack traffic cameras with google, you can certainly find online instructions. happy hunting.

Trims and glovebox out, found no manufacture but just a few code numbers, whacked them in google and now have a manual and fully working bluetooth, hid the microphone and speaker behind the vents and relocated the buttons, all cool now. -VW-
