Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    has any1 got a reply from them lately?

    we ordered a badgeless grill for mk4 golf and its the worst fitment, completly wrong tabs dont allign etc and my bros sent emails/pm but no reply.

    I emailed a couple of days ago and got a reply within 24 hours. Tim is pretty good from my experience, keep trying him I'm sure he'll reply soon.

        Ive had nothing but good experiences with Tim when getting parts off him

            I remember the email. The guy sounded quite angry! It was replied to within minutes of receiving it as are most email. I also offered a more than satisfactory resolution. I have also not received any PMs on the board so perhaps before jumping to the forum to complain you should have your story straight.

            Perhaps check your junk email and then come back here to appologise for being nasty!

            If you cant find the email. Basically what I said was for him to shoot me through his bank details so that I could supply a full refund. The product has been taken off the website until i get a chance to investigate the issue as I had had 1 unrelated complaint in regards to the product previously but had sold many more without complaint.
            Unfortunately sometimes things happen. Its not possible for me to test fit every item before it gets shipped off.

            Anyways.. Im more than happy to sort out the problem as I am with any issues that any of my customers have.

                    all the badgeless grills dont sit 100% its normal. they're all cheap from china these days, every brand!

                    is he sure he didnt incorrectly fit it? common thing to happen.. or didnt know the correct way of fitment?

                      Your post is not required as there is a phone number on his website.

                      These days people are too afraid to pick up the phone to resolve issues, rather hide behind the internet.

                      I think the response Tim gave is clear, concise and positive.
