That's what I thought when I read the report this morning. VW FTW!

A (male!) colleague of mine had been arguing that there was no point buying a Golf over a Yaris or Jazz. He had to concede this one.

Then again, the guy () drives a Starlet and likes coupe convertibles...

True, the Eos isn't as ugly as others.

I don't think the PR is all that bad for VW either. Recently a guy rolled a BMW X5 near Mudgee. Locals were astounded he survived and I remember talkeing to several different people who thought the BMW saved its driver.

Neither I feel bad for my car, it really RARELY gets driven and sits outside most of the time.. Considering putting a note saying DRIVE ME on the windscreen
