Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Le Mans with McQueen is just awesome. I also like watching quick laps of race tracks, like Murph's 'six' at Bathurst (no exaggeration, would have watched that at least 50 times) and Derek Bell's narrated in-car 956 trip around the ring. Those things are awesome. Bellof's 6:11 FTMFW.

Initial D, Mad Max, Gone in 60 secs (both), Ronin & The Transporter.
Seeing the S8 getting thrown around in Taken was also very special!

It's fun to look at the Bell 956 lap... a time somewhere around the 6:30-6:40 mark, and try to figure out where Bellof found 30 seconds in the same (type of) car on the same weekend... Some serious speed there.
Yeah Murph is a bit of a tool, bit he's mellowing with age. I was on my feet screaming at the TV for him to finish on the podium at Bathurst this year. He and Skaifey had done a stellar job and deserved more than fourth.

stuffed if i know which jackie chan movie it is.. but theres a car chase similar to the italian job in it with little hatches.. this car does the most mental park at speed.(if anyone has seen that recent flash-advertisment for bigpond movies with the bond car on any websites, its kinda like that)
the chases in the italian jobs are also redhot.
one more to mention was probably the first chase in the first transformers.. when The Used song comes on..2.0L 6 Speed Mk3 2015 Skoda Octavia vRS 220 Wagon - Current
2.0L 6 Speed Mk5 2005 Volkswagen Golf TDi - goneski
2.0L 5 Speed Mk1 1995 Seat Toledo - goneski
