      they said this morning that it was in frankston... two of them within a few minutes of each other. cant remember exactly the rating of each but both were under 4 in magnitude.
      apparently frankston area has around 10 of them per year.. most go unnoticed.

          The earth moves for Frankston people on average three times a week .....

          Didn't notice these two small ones, but I did notice the two earlier this year - spooky. Have some cracks in the plaster and bricks to show for it, too
