Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

      Agreed.
I had a go; with that size and that quality of picture it is impossible.

Good job on it (especially the studs ) buuuuuut......I don't like the look of it. Makes it look like it has tiny wheels. Keep 'em silver I say.

Yep, agreed. Black looks great but needs some break-up for it to set it off!

The RS's look sick as they are so if you just enhance that then you can't go wrong!

Awesome thanks for doing that for me.

Gotta say i love the look of the RS like that, but on my car it just doesn't look right, maybe black centres would be the go

Yeah it would look nice especially if colourmatched/not quite black methinks.

people always get it wrong, gont colorcode past the bolts..... we use those bolts over the lips.. and they lips are still polished.... just colorcode the centers just before the bolts.....
