Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Yeah, the high insurance is a bummer.

I suppose the end result is pretty good considering its only rattle cans. Im just doing the best I can with the rattle cans until I learn how to use the compressor and gun we just bought or until I get it done prefessionally.

        Thanks

Polished the car the other day and put some centre caps on my g60's. Looks a lot better I think. It now has 17'5 on and is a lot lower

              What do you think?

                MINT!

I love it, and I'm not even lying one bit.

I'd only do 3 things different. red indicators, clear front indicators and chrome mirrors. even still I Love it!

cheers. I had clear front indicators if you look at my old pics but i prefer the more original look so swapped them over. Im thinking of getting chrome mirrors though!
