I had an AE86 with that motor and it only had 16 valves, I know that for sure cos I tipped all the tappets on the floor when I turned the head over. f....wit!

They were always touted as 4 wheel motorbikes. The chuffing fly round the tracks, even the ones with small engines. I had a right do around Castle Combe years ago against one with a 1300 Kent pushrod engine in it. I had a MK1 GTI that had well over 150 at the crank.

Gareth the photo was taken in my bike shop where I stored her for a few days, now in a cold draughty lock up!
Since that photo was taken she has her yoko 032r's on, drivers seat is out, making a custom foam one, 3" 6 point harness for me to go in this week, screen is off and making up two small fly screens and she is about 2" lower to the ground! Trying to get her below 500kg wet. Might have to bring her out to the next meet.
