I think it's great! The GTI features the strip too, in red. I've not found it distracting at all in the 7 GTI I drove at night. Only shame is it's not installed in the rear doors.

Tell ya what - WOW! So tight compared to mk6. If mk5 r32 understeer was 9/10, mk6R was 7/10, this mk7 is a 3/10 at worst. Sooooo different. Loved the Twisties. Great views too!
