  • my mk1, work on hold!!

hello, im chris, from england here for a year, got a mk1 golf sitting at home being neglected while im here! it started life as a 1.1 when i bought it, but now has a 1.8, k-jet engine running bike carbs as to cut a long story short, was easier than wiring in butchered injection loom...... anyways.... dub scene is bigger than i thought over her, nice site and some tastey looking dubs!!

Nice Mk1 - like the colour It's a shame you cut back the wheel arches, though

              She looks beautiful mate.

What is that door card out from? Definitely looks like it's from a post-90's car. How are you getting that done? I see lots of filler, but I would've thunk fibreglass would be better!

i doubt they are JDM product, not too many of said cars in the motherland. styling seems pretty consistent with uk modern mk1 steez, audi doorhandles and prob a later dash ect.

                      clean paint for sure.

They also look like Mitsubishi Colt/Mirage door cards.....

But then i guess malot of 90's Jap interiors are similar
