    This is my Polo TDi currently with mods

    Engine

    Motor is stock
    PD160 intake
    De-Catt
    Muflorectomy

    Suspension and Wheels

    Other Mods Done

    Polo Cup front Bumper
    New South Performance boost Gauge
    Sony Explode 10” 1200w Sub
    2300w ICE Amp

    Mods to be Done

    Software
    Front mount Intercooler
    Water Meth
    17” Wheels and BBs 16” wheels
    15mm Spacers
    Leather seats
    Polo GTi Side Skirts
    Engine mounts to replace
    Roof lining to recover
    Plastic A B C pillars to wash or Spray Black
    Front and Rear Strut bars
    More to follow

    When i collected the car:



    The polo is very much stock but has some small mods here and there:

    Polo 2007
    1.9TDI
    Vmaxx coilovers
    Solid polly bushes (Dam it rides hard)
    Exhaust back box is out, straight pipe through
    I has had the catt removed.
    Polo GTI head lights
    Polo GTI grill
    Fogs lamnex yellow
    EBC brake pads.

    This is what she looked like when i took delivery


    I did my first mode the following day offer I received the car,
    And I blacked out the badged. Just looks better.
    There will be more mods but just not right now.

    Then i fitted Cupra lip




    Then i got myself a Cup ED front bumper

    went to builders and just a can of red plasti dip as i just wanted to see want this would look like:

      So I went to Goldwagen on sat and thank to Wikis I got me a set of DS disks, and some new HnR rubber mount for the rear springs

          Hey all,

          So a small update.
          So Sunday I decided to work on the polo and give her some loving.
          I fitted a strut brace and the metal boost pipe witch you can see:

          Strut Brace





          Boost Pipe





          And I gave the car a was with some Meguiar's
          Then X swerl
          Then Polish
          And the some Wax.
          Car now has that nice wet look.

          Oh and i cut the tail piece off and look much better, will have to take a pic later and post.

              I did the EGR delete with the plates made by BIGMIG (Thank you very much)
              Then did EGR delete
              Replaced tie rod ends
              Replaced ball joints
              Replaced brake pads

              EGR Delete



              Then on sat morning I had to get a new steering rack boot as I noticed that is was ****ed and got it fitted at Tiger wheel.

              Then on Saturday afternoon. Been late I had issues with a boost pipe always popping off so got the car hope after a lot of swearing and and and.
              Sunday with some yet again help form Tiaan ( Thanks Dude) we found a new silicone pipe and did this
