Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Hi
    I 'm only new to this site so i'm not very conversent with how a forum site works. Hopefully I will be picking up my new gt sport tdi this week, and I was wondering how you go about putting photos of it on to this forum and is there any limited to the size of the photo

    no very hard, you have to hoste the image first somwhere, say like www.imageshack.us, then click on a picture icon, on one of the icons on the top tool bar when you typing a message, paste the link and hit poste!

    Btw, what bmw you got.

      Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I'v been away thanks for the info on the photos, I've got a 1200 gs 2006 model pretty well blinged out for performance.
