guessing that you are talking about the Modena's off a skyline on ebay at the moment. I sent the guy a message about them, didnt seem too keen to sell without tyres, and the lips on two of the wheels look to be in a really bad way. There would be a fair bit of work to get them up to scratch, I was about to shoot him an offer but the thing that turned me off was the difficulty of getting centre covers and caps for them, which seems notoriously hard unless you go custom made. I am still tempted by them as well though...
Yeah they're the ones. Keen to get some wheels and refurb them as opposed to buying ones in mint condition though... Already looking in to centre caps...
And 16s are too small. 17s is pushing it as it is.
cheers man, going to check them out on thursday or friday - from what research i've found they're flat back so should be able to redrill no worries - just hope they clear the front brakes as a set of volks i tried not so long ago weren't even close..
thinking redrill + spacers if necessary? scared adapters will give me waayyy too much poke.. especially on the front..

if was Jarred says they wont work for redrill, you should be able to make adapters work.
but we will see when it comes to it
yea, I've seen pics of that sorta redrill, but I'm skeptical myself!
Do the math: 100mm CB with 14mm bolt holes, means 86mm between the edges of the wholes, minus 72mm = 14, which means you'd have 7mm each between the CB and the edges of the bolt holes.
Having said that, best bet would be to a) confirm the centrebore dimension, and b) ring a few places to check that it can be done, ie Eastern Wheel works in Lilydale.
If it doesn't work(or no where will do it) I think you're still in with a shot for adapters, as Dyl has mentioned. Somewhat aggresive fitment on the rear, but I think the front should be bang on.

nar will be fine all round. 8.5et15 up front, 9et19 out back. would be boss fitment

just checked it on willtheyfit.com and basically this ends up in an extra ~30mm of poke compared to what i have now all round, but the fronts are already almost flush and the rears are tucked approx. 20mm.
so this would result in the fronts poking like a bitch and the rears only just being flush... would ideally prefer the opposite..
