well considering your car is probably the first I've seen with a full set, I'd say yes. its perfectly legal to have no mud flaps.

The mud flaps are lower that 100mm so id say time to get rid of them.

Car looks great, like what you did with the wheels. What coilovers are you using? I would like to lower mine to around the same level

They are TuningArt coilovers and the wheels are some RSS 17x7" alloys which I painted. Comes up a treat though
