look horn. what size tyres are you running on them?
bitta stretch'll sort out rubbing issues.
They are 195/50's . They are a bit bigger than i would have liked but it was a massive pain trying to find decent tyres at a decent price so i settled for these. They are a good compromise for daily duties.
I've found that a scaffold pole & rubber mallett have done a good job of solving rubbing issues
Nice dude!
I'd love to see some chrome trim on that grill.
It's supposed to be a chrome edged grill when i bought it but when it arrived i found it was a cheap Chinese pattern part with a silver(ish) detail around the edge. The hole for the VW badge was molded upside down too Genuine chrome CL grilles are crazy expensive these days.
Very cool mate, the car looks like it's straight out of England, I really like the small bumpers and plainer grill. When are you going to come along to one of the meet ups? It'd be good to have a look at your car and say Gday.

Once it's in good enough shape, i'll bring it along. The arches are a bit of an eye sore at the moment
VW: it aint just a car, its a way of life There are few things more satisfying in life than finding a solution to a problem and implementing it
