  • Sis Ls and my Racelook Mk1

Here is a pic of my sis car. 1976 Ls. Hagged body (numerous little accidents), but it has a strong 87 1.8L GTI (digifant?) engine. Unfortunatly its lost the fuel injection only to be replace with a cortina weber. Also lost the 5 speed for 4 speed. Still pulls very strong tho. It used to be a neat car with 15" mesh alloys, and a very straight body... colour coded bonnet and all. lol

I had to replace the starter motor in my Mk1 so I thought id take the bumper off to give it a race feel lol
New addition to the golf is a kamei grill badge.

lol The race look didnt last long as I have nowhere to put the front indicators. I loike playing around wit it, changing stuff, what looks good and what doesnt.

I have some very fine, black metal mesh that I found laying around. Think ill have a go at fabricating them to fit the rectangle holes in front. nice and flush. mount the front indicators in there too. we'll see.

They look good without bumpers, but a small bump will write your car off.
