Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Oberon state forest - MK4 GTI

    Hey guys,
Took the fam for a picnic at Oberon state forest, just past Lithgow NSW.did a bit of bush bashing!hehe, took about 25 min on the dirt road at 10km/h but found a top spot.some quad bike guys stopped and freaked out how I made it in!!
drove back towards Goulburn, found this new stretch of road about 100km of it,it was fantastic!! no traffic and it was hard at times to do the 100km/h speed limit.very flowing and heaps of bendy bits!!BUT,it wasnt finished and I had about 20 minutes of dirt roads..ahh well it was worth it.

I know what the problem is, you need to spend less time waxing your car and more time driving it
