This weekend the Caddy got a proper paint detail. Wash, clay, wash, polish, wash, wax.

The cat was very intent on hanging around while i worked my butt off. She spent most of the time lying down in the back..

It ended up coming up pretty good, although i hate doing it as i notice more stone chips every time.. Also some prick has dinted the nose of the bonnet slightly.

I'm pretty happy with the result.

                  Postman Pat, Postman Pat,
Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
                  Early in the morning,
                  Just as day is dawning,
He picks up all the post bags in his van.
                  Postman Pat, Postman Pat,
Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
                  All the birds are singing,
And the day is just beginning,
Pat feels he's a really happy man.
Everybody knows, his bright red van,
All his friends will smile as he waves to greet them,
                  Maybe,
                  You can never be sure,
                  They'll be knock,
                  Ring,
                  Letters through your door,
                  Hay hay,
                  Postman Pat, Postman Pat,
Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
                  All the birds are singing,
And the day is just beginning,
Pat feels he's a really happy man,
Pat feels he's a really happy man,

Thought it might have been, but didn't know he painted it 'gold'.

Its probably what ever paint he had lying around close by to protect the block from rusting after being chemically cleaned/hot tanked.

Or he may just likes gold! hahaha

                              Cheers for the comments guys..

And hey f-k you man (Dom) i'm getting there with the damn thing. I picked it back up from the engine guy to get the toque plate set up sweet with the spacers n stuff.

It's not gold, just went that colour after being hot washed and hit with some rust preventative oil...
