I seriously suck at taking photos.. It doesn't help that my camera's rubbish too

Best way to start is with a good camera, then playing round with the settings on it, integrate a tripod, different lighting, a nice background, and that's a good starting point.

A Good camera (close to $1000) and a good eye for detail and lighting will e the things that will really help.

You would be amazed at how well you can get some shots to look, even with a crappy little camera.

Lol I doubt it, my camera washes out most colours

But I'll have a lil play around with it and try and get some good results

Editing programs are your friend. Brightness and contrast do heaps for photo's that haven't much colour
