I think you can still get them new Tim... The NA lip to them is like the duckbill to us!

I wonder if the Vento lip fits the Golf bumper..
Hopefully we can start a direct trade thing with the US guys.

Hahaha, yeah you know I be reppin' that polish yo.

I've 'forgotten' my plates for two or so weeks now. I'm still only 18, I've got a year and x days until I'm on my big peoples license

If anyone else is going to get one, just keep in mind they don't actually fit. I've literally shoved mine into place because it's a bit wide (I think) so I think there's some tabs that you can cut off to get them to fit. Hoping to see others with these lips soon!

For a n00b like me, whats the difference between your new American lip, and the NA stock lip?

I'll answer that with three pictures.
Here's the stock ''duckbill'' lip: http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c6...Golf/026_2.jpg
Here's the VR6 lip, or the Euro lip: http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c6...f/img_1134.jpg
And here's the NA lip, the one I've got: http://img5.imagebanana.com/img/o7ws...f414_ocopy.jpg

So you can see the duckbill is the one that dips up at the sides, the vr6 one is big and bulky and has that indent thing in the middle and the NA lip is a nice mix of both. We got the duckbills as stock on our cars here, and American Jetta's and golfs (? - not sure about that one though) got the NA lip. The vr6 lip is available to both as OEM+ sort of aftermarket.
