    had some time to update my mk1 photos,
    this is the car when first purchased



    that bumper sticker read "im not a complete idiot, some parts are missing"
    - unfortunately a friend peeled it off thinking i wouldnt want it on there. how wrong they were.

    this is the car to date, few things left to do on it like a little more drop but all in all pretty happy with it

    Hahahahaha your engine bay is wicked. Oh and how on earth did you get those tyres? If they're those Yokohama's I'm thinking of they were discontinued a while back!

              Looks ace, especially love the Ronal's, they are the best wheel for a Mk1 in my opinion.

              Engine could use some colour coding though lol.

                cheers for the comments guys, photos were taken in the chestnuts estate in jarrahdale geoff just behind millbrook winery. and your on the money mickey they are yokohamas, bought them on the wheels from a mk1er in tas that put them on his gti everynow and then. will be getting out and about in her alot more now the suns out, next on the lists changing the front lights and doing something about the ratty front number plate
                oh and of course splashing some more colour round the bay
