      its a gutter scraper! so you dont curb your rims. Fits the style of the car nicely i reckon.

        Gutter FINDER isnt it? They had them on 60s and 70s american cars back in the day as far as i know. It tells you where the gutter is so you dont curb your rims. Its a sweet mod, i want one.

          If you want to get technical Americans dont really use the word gutter. Its a Curb feeler or Curb finder. I was merely trying to impart what it does (makes a noise when it scrapes the gutter) not what its called!

                      Shiz, take it easy. What crawled up ur butt? Wasnt trying to be an ass just sharing what i know. Some people might get confused as to why it 'scrapes' the curb instead of finding it.
