Clean VR6! Any plans for it?

For pics, you can register onto an image hosting site (e.g. flickr.com, photobucket.com) or use a temporary image hosting site (e.g. tinypic.com) and then link the image in using (img)(/img) tags (replace parentheses with square brackets).
    Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
    Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

Yeah as for the car, its got Koni Yellow's on it, and has been dropped about 20 mm, i have gone thru and put a Blaupunkt head unit in it with hertz speakers, and damn near makes your ears bleed, soo good!!!!!

As for future, im looking at chipping it, cause im sick of the new golf's having more power than me!!! And also some Oz Racing Super leggera wheels for it, but thats about it as money is a big factor lol.

Any other idea's cause i really dont know what to do to it as its pretty much standard bar the above mentioned!

Thanks for the tip on photo bucket, i will get onto that now, hopefully give me bigger photo's than what i have now!

Dont worry, you will have your license soon enough, dont make the same mistake i made, and loose it lol.

You've used the wrong links! On Flickr, click the image you want to post up, select "All sizes", then select whatever size you want (medium's good enough), then right-click the "Download the Medium size" link, select "Copy link location" or something of that effect, then paste in the link here, with the img tags.

I don't use Flickr so I don't know if there's an easier way! But it works...

lol, yeh, i usually right click any image i want to insert in a post and select properties:

              Then copy the Source address:

then if it doesnt end in ".jpg" (or whatever the file extention is) then delete whatever jibberish there is after the ".jpg" :

:note i've place a space at the start between the h and ttp so that it dowsnt display as a link, you dont put a space there:

              h ttp://farm4.static.flickr.com/3324/3495770381_c320804cdc.jpg?v=0

              cut down to:

              h ttp://farm4.static.flickr.com/3324/3495770381_c320804cdc.jpg

then wrap it in img codes eg. [IMG]...[/IMG] :

              [IMG]h ttp://farm4.static.flickr.com/3324/3495770381_c320804cdc.jpg[/IMG]

vwala! this method works with any picture anywhere . . .

also when you upload through this forum dont forget to insert the image into your post so the image actually shows up and not just the link . . .

anyway, nice VR mate Tis good to see another join the ranks!

Ohhhh I know that feeling, it sucks! There's cruises all the time mate you're bound to get out to some as soon as your licence comes crawling back

Nice car mate! It makes me all fuzzy inside when I see an early VR with nice dark bumper bits hehehe.

lol yeah Not that im counting or anything, but there is 52 days before i get it back Like i said, not that im keeping count, never mind, Should be good to go for a cruise, just got to find the section and keep an eye on it.

As for the car, i must admit, its a bit of a bitser, it is a 94 model, with 96 motor in it. Reason being the previous owner changed the motor cause it oil surged around a corner and blew it to bits .

I Feel sorry for the car though, seems to get washed twice a week.

Ahh that's bad luck..I'm having fears that my engine might need a rebuild or replacement soon, aaaahh!
My best advice is just to keep on top of any issues that you find. As long as you keep the engine in good nick it won't die on you

You dont know what OEL Means do u?
