im in 2 minds about the colour code... part of me loves the black and white look but i like the idea of looking different to the other million other GTIs in my area.

my tyre is all fixed now but the next thing on the list is coilovers

IMO i think the big black out just makes the car look like its sitting far too high, the colour code leaving the most part of the middle black makes it look much lower...and sexier

Which is why you've got dual exhausts and I don't cos I've got a full size spare...

Mark, yeh I reckon if you do colour code it, don't paint the whole bottom half, just the upper bit so it still has the black 'diffuser' look around the exhaust and across the middle!
