I'm doing a photo course at the moment, & had a quick play in the car park befor coming home.

just for a bit of similar fun, get a friend to take a photo at a quiet intersection, with your car driving past and leave the apeture open for a while (similar to what youve done there) then take another photo with your car in the same lane accept a faster shot. then take them both home and over lap them using photo shop or similar it will give the illusion of a ultra vilocity speed shot (ie your moving incredibly quick), just for added spice see if you can get other cars to enter the shot when you have the apeture open for longer , the added light show mixed with street lights look awsome.good luck with your photography course.
