Some kind of comment is due here about not having women touch the more important things in his life as well as something about being born to cook and clean does not mean they understand manly things such as car cleaning.

Someone needs to make this post as I sure as hell don't have the balls to do it.

ps. If any of you bastards tells my GF I posted this I will hunt you down and cripple you if I'm still able to myself.

As I promised, I got some pics up of the finished product. I decided to give it a second coat of wax today and here's some crappy digi cam pics to prove it

                Progress (AWESOME taping job...):

My camera won't pick up much shine at allllll...so DSLR shots would be better.

                  Cheers

looking good mikey, next time might want to invest in a clay bar first well worth the extra time. Also how did u find the hard dodo? As i have only tried a soft one so far and didnt seem to last so long.

I clayed the car about two months ago and the surface felt/looked alright to begin with so I didn't bother this time...I think also a Menzerna polish (or at least something that takes off paint and doesn't fill in scratches) would be better next time.

My wax is good It does last a fair bit, although I've noticed that even with two waxes, after a few days it doesn't feel as nice as I thought it would! I think this will last just under/over a month..
