New wheels on my B7 Passat

Genuine VW Tiguan R-Line wheels
Size: 20” x 8.5”
PCD: 5 x 112
Offset: 38mm

Continental Sport 6 tyres
245/30 R20

Stock shocks
H&R springs

Rubbing on wheel well splash guards due to aggressive fitment/offset.

Are we supposed to be impressed or otherwise because to spend over $3000 on wheels and rubber bands that dont fit and will make the car ride harder isnt a good idea in my book
