I had a similar experience. Paid whatever the price was in US$ with a $99 credit for an older program that I had bought from them.Originally posted by Hillbilly View PostWhere did you buy it from. There are 3 Australian distributors and Im sure none would charge $100 to post it Aus wide
I told them the freight cost was too dear & he worked with Mount Auto Equip [Clive Mount] to post one out of their stock & Ross Tech replaced it with their next shipment. From memory it was around $20 maybe + GST.[can't remember exactly]Understand how it works, troubleshoot logically BEFORE replacing parts.

Would this still be the best device to buy. I just want an idea of what is happening when the van stops and the fault light comes on. One light could mean one of a thousand things could be a problem from what I can see. Want to know if the van is safe to drive and I won’t cause more damage. In my case the other night the engine stopped, when it was scanned by the workshop it said loss of Supply Voltage for Fuel Injector Group A. The engine started again so an intermittent fault and safe to drive, till it happens again.Originally posted by Umai Naa!! View Post
I'd recommend an Autel MD802, for the average user. Although, $400 or so.
Umai Naa, would appreciate if the Autel MD802 is still good or is there a newer improved version.
Thanks
