I have a 2006 T5 LWB transporter with a camper conversion (ex Kea Rental) fitted.
The rear suspension sits lower than standard....I guess due to the camper conversion weight and probably still having the original springs etc.
It has a towbar fitted that "bottoms out" on gutter crossings.....especially when towing anything.
What do you suggest as the best solution to overcome this? Heavy duty rear springs? Air bags? or a combo of both?
Any advise would be appreciated.
