Kombi beach middle seat stuck

My 2006 kombi beach middle seat is stuck in the "down" position... Anyone got any ideas?

Do you mean the back is stuck down as a bed or it can't slide on the floor anymore?

My 2006 jammed on the floor, and I managed to fix it better than new with some help from others on this forum.

Unfortunately I mean 'stuck down as a bed' it moves fine on the floor
I pull the black strap and it wont come back up...
