  • who has a Queensland Bullbars aerobumper for T5?

    Guys
I've found an aerobumper 2nd hand at a good price. Like in the link below.

This website is for sale! qldbullbars.com.au is your first and best source for all of the information you’re looking for. From general topics to more of what you would expect to find here, qldbullbars.com.au has it all. We hope you find what you are searching for!

does anybody else have one and if so how hard are they to fit?
The owner rekons you need to cut slots in the bumper but i'm not so sure.

Can anybody point me in the direction or take a couple of photos of the mounting brackets and where the cuts might need to go.

The worst part is I can't just check it myself since i'm working away, and want to be sure I can fit it when I get home.
Argh the wonders of working away!
    Thanks guys.

The car I bought has one. Two slots cut in bumper - reasonably large - say 50mm square. Front face of bumper, near where you can see joins either side. Looks straightforward, and if the bar is complete it should be reasonably clear where the cuts go.

If you buy it and then want a photo of the bracket holes, I can probably oblige.

Yes I have one and fitted it myself, The slots can be just slots - not a square hole - you must have "ALL" the brackets there are small ones bolted together and on/into the frame (out of sight) I recommend that you ask Queensland Bull-bars very nicely if they would Email you the fitting instructions because it is rather involved - not like sticking one on a Hi Lux! Sorry after 8 years I don't know where mine are.

all sorted guy. thanks for ur help.

I chased down the info from qld bullbars and turns out the dude selling the kit was missing some parts. he is now chasing down his old car to get the bits for me. no bits=no sale.
Also the day after the post a van with a qld bull bar parked next to me at work so i got some pics and sussed it all out!
