Recalibrate my speedo on my 2011 Transporter T5 - 4Motion

I have recently changed my tyres from 235x55-17 TO 235x65-17 as well upgraded my springs. Does anyone out there know someone that can hel me recalibrate my speedometer to suit my bigger tyres.

If anything it may well be more accurate as it seems most VW speedos are about 6% fast at 100kph

Get a GPS and see what it actually is Might be OK

For instance out POLO is 7% fast at 100 and it would take tyres 40mm larger to make it accurate and these would be illegal.

Have a satnav & tried that experiment at speeds 100km approx. speedo reading showed slightly over give or take would like to take speedo forward by 10% to be on the safe side is it done by the plug in computer control board ?

Sorry my original post said 'back' not forward by 10%.

If its only a couple over dont worry about it Far better to be 2 over than under and be illegal.

Most VW speedos are over by at least 6kph so you are lucky

10% will take it well under the correct reading to about 95 and will result in speeding tickets.
