Well the inevitable has happened, after having the drivers side auto rear door fail and jam a while ago the passenger side door has also now failed.
I have reasonable mechanical knowledge and skill so was wondering if anyone can offer instructions on how to remove the panel that covers the opening mechanism, door rail.
I cannot justify getting this done at our local dealership in Geelong and doubt they will have the knowledge or experience in dealing with this repair and do not want to pay their exorbatant hourly rate while the fumble through a potential repair.
I was also wondering if the automatic parts can be removed and make the doors a manual only operation.
