    Hey guys!
Just picked up an awesome kombi beach, which I already love!
Here is my first silly question...

    And other questions...

    Sorry, worked that one out!
    But now 2 more q's...
I got the table out of the side door-but now cant get it back in! How does the latch work? Can anyone post photos?

    2. The second aux power input alongside the drivers seat, seems to have some sort of cover over it?! How do i get this off?
    Any thoughts would be great!

To put table back, push up on the black button on top and push in,put bottom edge in first. Power outlet is 12volt,need part from Hella to attach by inbuilt magenets, called mag-lev I think, will check for you,I may have one for you.

Welcome to the Beach Club, its quite exclusive. I have a 2006 and also love mine.

The table latch is like a standard door tongue except pointing downwards. It may have become a bit stiff so a little bit of spray lubricant into the slot may help, have a look into the slot with a torch and you will see how simple it is.

To help to get the table out,I suggest a length of cord or packing tape.
Loop around the table leg and let it protrude outside.
You can gently pull on this when releasing the table.
The Aux. power outlet is designed for a Magpower Clip.
There are two sizes,I suggest you email Hella Germany and ask which is suitable for the Beach.
About $30 from hella suppliers in Oz,you will have to order in.
I have two Kombi Beach Window bags which attach to the alu strips near the rear side windows with special clips, never used.
            Regards

I replaced that point by the seat with a Merit plug, much more universal and handy, or you could just replace with a cig lighter plug.

                  Hi there,
                  Check the Hella Aust.site.
A search window comes up type in Magpower and the specs will be shown.(I hope!)

One more question (sorry to pile on! What an annoying newbie eh!)
I am not sure if I have the clips to secure the table internally to the inside of the van....can anyone describe what these clips look like? Or who the table is secured when u set up internally?

from memory there are two prong like clips attavhed already under the table.
These should engage with the alu. railing behind the drivers side seat ,in front of the rear seat.

I have located the Magcode Power Clip Plus 12v that I had ordered but never fitted prior to trading the Beach.
If you would like to PM me with your postal details for you to try, (Pay me later)
If it doesn't fit just toss it and no loss.
