Can the fog lights and/or blue tooth kit be installed by Dealer?

Just wondering, can the fog lights and/or blue tooth kit be installed by the Dealer? The Multivan comfortline we wanted (a black one) was already on the ship over here. If so, roughly how much should it cost and is it worth getting the blue tooth if I don't have the multi function steering wheel (which I don't)? Thanks in advance.

Why not order the fog lights and switch through ebay and fit them your self?
Got to be cheaper than paying delaer...?
Dont know much about blue tooth part but would imagine the same could be done.

The bluetooth can be added and also the radio could be replaced with RNS510, see stickie thread in this forum and the vw audio section for more info.
