  • Volkswagen multivan t5 executive

    G'day everyone and happy Easter.

Hoping someone far more knowledgeable than myself may be able to tell me the difference between a T5 Multivan Highline and the T5 Multivan Executive?

Some differences I have spotted are that it only has 6 seats compared to that of the Highline's 7 and that it is 3.2L Unleaded petrol as opposed to the diesel 2.5.

Does anyone know how this 3.2L engine performs compared to the Diesel?

I'd be grateful for some more Information and a break down on the differences if anyone can spare some time.

    With thanks

As far as I know its the seating 6 not 7 thats different here in OZ.
I think in Germany you can order lots of extra toys like syncro,Tvs,You can get different trim panels for the inside and loads of other things.
    They call it a Business
    I stand to be corrected?
Have a look on ebay.de there are some internal bits for sale.

      I have a Highline.
I think Rob is right. The only difference is the back bench seat in the Highline is replaced with two more captains chairs.
When I bought the Highline both models were available in diesel or petrol versions.
The diesel has better fuel consumption, and is probably the better buy.

Thanks for messages. There are also dual DVD screens built in to the Executive which the highline does not have. Down side for me is the lack of bench which could turn into a bed for camping trips.
