MANN Provant (Blow by Oil/Air Separator)

I have read a fair bit about the use of one of these oil separators for continued life of the DPF. Does anyone make a kit that can be purchased to enable fitting very easy.

Could anyone who has removed their DPF send me a PM to discuss, please.

Working on it, but given how much space you have in the transporter engine bay, fitting will be a breeze. I can help, but closer to you ( cheaper postage ) would be the universal kit from my mates at Western filters, but I reckon you'd need a bit more hose. Normal 3/4" rubber heater hose will do, but this silicon stuff they supply and I recommend doesn't break down due to the oil.

DPF's. Gav ( h100vw ) at Custom Code has the only working DPF delete tune I know of, but that is mainly for the GT TDI with the Siemens ECU. Unsure of other fitments. It's easy enough to replace the DPF with a pipe which includes the sensors, but turning off the regeneration cycle is the trick. Shoot Parso Rex an e-mail, I know he can do all manner of wonderous things. Realise though, that if the EPA or whatever they are called nab you, it's a major, major fine.
