T4 syncro suspension

My bus sits about 2" lower than stock which although looks cool is a little impractical (and a waste of a syncro) so Im looking at the 35-45mm lift sprngs they sell on egay.
Are these any good?
With lifted suspension what have others done with shockies?
Any input would be appreciated.

If you are talking about the King Springs on E-Bay they are GREAT!!
I bought a set from underbody car parts for my T5 4 Motion, mine carries a constant load, and they have lifted the rear by at least the 35-45mm stated, ride is fine, shocks from Pedders were a bit richer though but overall well worth it, no more scraping mudflaps.
