Advice on purchasing a T5 2004, 210k 1.9TDI

Hi,

I've recently moved to Australia from the UK, I had to sell my old T5 surfbus back in the UK and I'm now looking to buy one here to convert.

I'm currently looking at a 2004 T5, 210,000km, 1.9TDI, Red, SWB advertised at $9550. Does this sound like a good price for Australia (the exchange rate is killing my ideas of owning a shiny 2007!)? Anything I should be concerned about with high mileage like that? Its been serviced regularly and had the second timing belt changed.

We moved out from the UK last year...
We sold the T5 Multivan we had there just before we moved...........What a mistake...
We could of paid for the van and shipping for less than the same van out here in OZ.
I have been looking for a T5 Multivan for good money with reasonable Ks on it but the quest goes on,
