Importing a Commercial Vehicle ?

I know I'm being a lazy sod here, but is there any difference between bringing in a used passenger car from overseas and bringing in a used commercial? I notice that there are a lot of "grey import" light trucks, tractors and excavators around. Are the rules any different for them?

I'd be very surprised if the rules were any different.......compliance with the odd critical ADR is all that matters (from memory)
