T4 oil change and stuff

Im contemplating changing the oil on my T4 how hard is it?
Im only asking as when the oil cooler lines burst (run into the filter housing) it was a biatch to fix took my hours to fix as it so hard to get to.
Also the air mass sensor is this a vw only part or can I get aftermarket ones and any idea of $$ before I ring vw?

Oil & filter change is easy on the T4.
I bought an air mass sensor several years ago through Imparts. You could also look up Ebay UK.
Make sure you buy Bosch.
