The central locking on my 1 year old T5 stopped yesterday, and now all the indicator lights remain on. Any easy fix?

Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Take it to the dealer, that's what I would do.Performance Tunes from $850Wrecking RS OCTAVIA 2 Link

Mine did something weird like that. Cant remember what I did exactly but something like opening all the doors and pressing the the remote to lock then unlock while the doors were open. Then I closed all the doors and locked unlocked. I may have then used the key to actually lock and unlock the drivers door manually. Then it was all back to normal and has worked fine ever since.2014 T5.1 Multivan Tuned by Pendle Performance Australia
