    Kombie Beach bench seat unlocking problem.

    Thanks to this forum my bench seat is sliding and i am back on holidays............I have included some pics of repair process and modification using some pull ties to stop it happening again for any others with this problem.

          Same thing that happened to mine, its amazing how you never know when information from the forum will come in handy.
          I don't know if you sprayed some lubricant on the slides near the wheels that move up and down to lock the seat, it is tightness in these that eventually causes the rod to drop out. After I had done all this, my seat moves forward and back more easily then when it was new.

            I did lubricate slides and the pull ties will lock the rod in place for good i hope............thanks again...........David

                You could try putting some weight on the top of the seat,it may help,do so when also putting pressure on the black strap.
                Hoping this helps.
