Broken Door Mechanism

Hi Guys,
My Multi has again had a problem with the internal mechanism in the drivers door, for the second time since owning her we can not open the door from inside some part has broken again, has anyone had this issue before ??

What part broke last time?

I've heard of a few people snapping the the little lever and they can be a faff to replace.

I'd had the lining of my slider door to insulate it, a few days later I noticed I couldnt open it from inside!!!
I had to replace the bottom roller soon after so set about fixing the opening prob too. I even had the door off to make it easier. The lining was off and I worked the mechanism from handle to catch - I traced the problem to the CHILD LOCK !!!!!!!!!! what a numpty eh DOH DOH DOH
