Ilana in Melbourne have patterns for the Kombi Beach seats (front & rear). Not sure about rears for the Multivan. You'll find a thread on it if you search.

Try you local motor trimmer. You may be surprised at what they can do and the price. Mine had vinyl covers custom made over all the seats when I bought it. I removed the front ones but kept them on the rear 3seat bench the kids use.2014 T5.1 Multivan Tuned by Pendle Performance AustraliaComment
