Ok folks, I am aware of speakers located in the top of the dash, front door trims and rear trims either side of the third row of seats. Are there two extra speakers in one of the locations to account for the 8 speakers?
When manufacturers say '8 speakers' they actually mean 8 speaker elements, not necessarily 8 separate enclosures, ie. one pair of 2 way speakers (as opposed to dual cones) is considered 4 speakers - misleading I know.
So the 8 speakers in the Multivan is probably a pair of front splits as you have identified and the rear speakers are probably 2-ways.
