I’ve just purchased a 2015 MY16 Multivan.
We purchased it through a dealership who were great until it had to be towed back a week later for a snapped power steering cable. Now they don’t want to know us.
My warranty runs out very soon so I’m hoping you can answer a quick question for me.
the two centre air conditioning vents (either side of screen) only have a very faint air flow - if I turn off all the other vents and run the aircon on high nothing comes out except the slightest air flow. The other vents are extremely powerful. Sometimes the driver side only blows hot while the others are cold. (Have done the usual checks - Vents are open, settings correct etc)
I just need to know if the centre vents are supposed to have a decent airflow before I call. The other issue is intermittent so I’m sure they won’t find anything wrong when I take it in. The centre vent however doesn’t work..
Really appreciate a quick response from anyone with the same van as google hasn’t given me a definitive answer.
